Bryan advises on new build property transactions, with a particular focus on acting for overseas clients from the Asia-Pacific region. He also handles a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, contract reassignments, property finance, and transfers of equity.
Bryan has strong experience acting for lenders, including high street banks and specialist lenders, on residential mortgage transactions and financing. He regularly deals with secured lending work and has a sound understanding of lender requirements and processes.
Bryan also has experience dealing with commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work and acquisitions and disposals.
Bryan holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University, an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School, and further completed both the GDL and LPC at the University of Law, achieving Distinction in each.
Bryan is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling him to effectively support international clients.
