Those of of you who saw our Summer Recap last week will be aware: PCB is now officially established in Manchester. It is with great pleasure therefore that we introduce Shaun and Teona. Shaun Anderton is the lead lawyer heading up our Manchester Team and is supported by Teona Ritchie as lead paralegal. We look forward to making further announcements about the expanding Team in due course.

This news will have come as no surprise to those of you who follow us closely, having been active in the City for some years now. It's fantastic to finally be endorsing the City's future prospects with actions as well as words by laying down roots.

Shaun has a wealth of experience dealing with residential property matters, in particular new build, dealing with owner occupiers and investors alike. In harmony with our Asia Team, Shaun's background includes frequent visits to Singapore where he has supported many launch events. Both Shaun and Teona have already made a meaningful impact in their short time with us so far and we couldn't be more excited to have them onboard.

Welcome Shaun, Teona and the future Manchester Team!

PS. Not to keep going on about the lack of sun in the UK this year, but with it being Manchester this was genuinely the sunniest photo we could find!

If you'd like to find out more about Shaun you can follow the link to his Bio below and also keep an ear out for the next Episode of PCBCast: Mad About Manchester (which will be in your inbox next week).

Please also feel free to contact sanderton@pcblawyers.com if he can help with anything.
