In Episode 2, we talk Türkiye with Tugra Gonden of Cushman Wakefield and our very own Gamze Gonul.

Türkiye has been getting a lot of attention recently. Not only have we been supporting developers and agents with their events there, we have for a long time had a strong focus on Türkiye due to our own expertise dealing with Turkish clients since they started buying in the early Nine Elms developments over 10 years ago.

In this Episode we discuss this trend, what makes the UK such an attractive market for Turkish buyers and cover some of the fundamentals of investing in the UK.

Join us for another illuminating look at the UK new build investment market, this time from a Turkish perspective.
