Same trusted service. Stronger leadership. Sharper focus.
We’re excited to share a leadership and shareholder update; following a recent change in structure and shareholding...

We’re excited to share some important leadership and shareholder news from all of us at PCB.

To support the next phase of our growth, we’ve formalised our leadership team with some key appointments:

  • Leila Blackett – Managing Partner, Operations

  • Steven Marcovitch – Managing Partner, Technology & Innovation

  • Henry Sit- Partner, Head of Asia

  • Sam Molloy- CEO

Together, we’re strengthening the backbone of our tech infrastructure, global reach, and day-to-day operations.

As part of these changes, I have been appointed CEO of the Firm. This is a natural progression of my role at PCB, having led the firm’s strategic direction and growth for a number of years. I’m proud to take on this responsibility, building on the work we’ve done together to move the business forward, and I’m grateful for the trust placed in me by my colleagues and fellow Partners.

The Vision

No matter our role in the company, one thing all of us at PCB have in common is we’re all working towards a world where conveyancing transactions are swift, secure and stress free. A world where the conveyancing industry is an industry to be proud of.

Our role as a firm is to be a world class conveyancing service provider with global reach; the name on everyone's lips for what we do.

Our mission at PCB, therefore, is to deliver world leading conveyancing services that empower the people who represent us while collaborating with the key market players, harnessing efficiencies through the best systems and processes and embracing innovations in technology.

Ultimately, we're driven by our relentless obsession for outstanding customer service.

Everyone will know that when they work with PCB, we’re making an unwavering commitment to ensuring the best possible client experience in conveyancing transactions: building personal relationships in conveyancing at scale.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support on what’s been an incredible journey so far and we look forward to serving you long into the future.

Yours sincerely,

Sam Molloy
CEO
